2012 Japanese Calligraphy Competition in Canada
Organized by SHODO CANADA
The Annual Japanese Calligraphy Competition in Canada creates an opportunity for Canadians of all ages and backgrounds to participate in a unique cultural forum to further their individual pursuit of Shodo. The entries are adjudicated by a jury of Shodo Masters in Japan then exhibited at the Gendai Gallery, Japanese Canadian Cultural Centre in Toronto. Support is provided by The Consulate-General of Japan, The Japan Foundation and the Japanese Canadian Cultural Centre.
