Online Japanese Language Test: Sushi Test (English/Japanese)

Anyone, anytime, can have fun testing his or her Japanese language ability at their leisure and for free. (Learners taking the test will have to register as members at first.) This test is directed mainly at junior and senior high school learners of Japanese who still find Level 4 of the Japanese Language Proficiency Test a little difficult.

The Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO) is a government-affiliated organisation established in 1959 to provide all-round support for the development of Japanese trade. As part of its activities, it runs the JETRO Business Japanese Proficiency Test to promote the inflow of skilled human resources from overseas. The JETRO Test is designed to objectively measure and evaluate one's proficiency in using the Japanese language for communication involving a variety of situations and circumstances, targeting non-native speakers engaged primarily in business.
