How to Get Involved

As a non-profit organisation, The Japan Foundation, Toronto depends on volunteers to assist in the preparation and running of its events and activities throughout the year. Currently there are over 200 active and dedicated volunteers from all walks of life. International students, educators, retired professionals, artists and a variety of people interested in Japanese culture represent the diversity of volunteers who come in to volunteer. Volunteers primarily help to supervise the gallery and assist at functions such as lectures, screenings and receptions.

If you are interested in becoming a volunteer, please contact Naoe Yamazaki at nyamazaki@jftor.org.
